There’s a certain figure in life who never talked much about love,
but through their actions, we learned so much.
About responsibility.
About quiet dedication.
About strength that doesn’t need to be loud.
Losing them is not just about losing a person.
It’s losing someone we used to turn to.
Someone whose presence made things feel steady, even in silence.
It’s not easy to accept.
There’s an emptiness that shows up quietly,
but in the middle of it, a lesson starts to surface.
That love is not always about holding on forever.
Sometimes, love is about being able to let go,
with full respect and quiet gratitude.
The highest form of love is letting go.
Not forgetting, but carrying the memories with us.
Continuing to live with the values they once taught us,
even when they are no longer by our side.
They may no longer be physically here.
But they stay, in the way we think,
in the way we choose,
in the way we keep moving forward,
even when we’re unsure.
And maybe, that is more than enough.
DAD!! I MISS YOU SO BAD!
